All three are equally beneficial to anyone who’s not suffering from the listed patologies. They can even be combined.

Why are your diets healthy?
The foundation of our plans are scientific articles and books like the ones you can find at the Health section. But if you want the fastest way to understand why, we follow some basic principles that we’ll leave in this section along with examples of our diet nutritional quality.
Nutrition is easier than what they want you to think
There are some really easy to follow basic principles, but they’ve been hidden from everyone:
#1) Plant-based foods are more nutritious.
There is no scientific debate about that fact. Not only do we not need animal products, they are also related to our most common causes of death. Vegans are the healthiest population.
#2) So are non-processed foods.
Junk food is everywhere. Not only on fast-food chains but every aisle of every supermarket is full of unhealthy products. Whole-foods are always healthier.
#3) Quality over quantity.
We are dying from diseases of opulence, related to obesity: cardiovascular (including Alzheimer’s), kidney and liver diseases and hormonal cancers almost didn’t exist seventy years ago. Now they kill three out of four people.
#4) The source of our food has changed radically in half a century.
We’ve turned the oceans into our sewers, planted GMO monocultures to feed the livestock that remains their whole lives caged in horrible conditions and has been genetically selected to produce as much as possible. Because of that, not a single animal product is healthy nowadays (not even free-range, organic).
#5) The macronutrients aren't the solution.
You don’t know anyone dying of a sugar, fat or protein deficit. If your “healthy” diet is based on counting calories, it’s a terrible one. Calories must be restricted only in diets with fiber deficits, full of empty calories and a pitiful nutritional quality. Eat better, the micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals should be the focus.
#6) Food is one of the biggest businesses in history.
The meat sector in the US is valued at $838.000.000.000. They’ve fooled you. You’re their yearly benefit, a client they want to remain dumb and purchase what’s more addicting. Every single ad you see everywhere is paid by them. That’s why there’s a pandemic of obesity and medication.
